Visit from District and Assistant District Governors

Valerie Perry (DG) and Jane Desberg (Asst. DG) visited our club on August 21 at the Renaissance Hotel in Foxboro. The Board met for about an hour and a half before the regular meeting to discuss our club's Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Clubs. It was a very productive meeting, with many good ideas shared. They then joined us for lunch at our regular club meeting. Valerie recounted her Rotary journey and where she sees the future of our District. We presented her with a flag at the end of the meeting.

She noted that the highest rating she could assign to a club was 5 stars and that our club should have earned six or more!
